Computer Science For All
Mineola UFSD is the ONLY district in New York State mentioned by President Obama for implementing an exemplar computer science program. Our partnership with KidOYO has allowed every student K-12 to be exposed to coding. It also provides a platform for students to work independently to pursue different coding languages. I used the platform to create this website (On My Own). Mineola High School recently partnered with Queensboro community College and created a unique CS program. See the highlight below

In June Mineola was one of 3 small districts recognized as an innovator in digital Curriculum for our production of educational videos.
